Project Y is an independent creative project exploring how far one person can go with AI as a production tool. We create games, 3D assets, apps, and digital content through a human-directed, AI-assisted workflow. AI is used openly as a tool throughout our production process, while design decisions, real-world measurements, evaluation, iteration, and final quality control are handled by Project Y. Our goal is not to replace creativity with AI, but to use AI to expand what an individual creator can build.
